ABOUT SARAH
Sarah Peck began performing earlier than her memory goes back, dancing and singing for her family, all of which has been documented on Peck Family home videos. Fast forward a few years, and sixth-grade Sarah was belting out songs, testing her range in the confines of her kitchen, finally old enough to be home alone with no one listening. In this safe space, she learned what her voice was capable of.
In high school, Sarah was member of multiple choruses, most notably the Connecticut All-State Chorus in 2010. She performed in musical theatre productions throughout those four years, voicing roles from Muzzy in Thoroughly Modern Millie to Lola in Damn Yankees. Any chance to perform- a talent show, benefit, community show, a band gig- Sarah took it.
At Dartmouth College, Sarah was President of the Dartmouth Dodecaphonics, the college's oldest co-ed a cappella group. As a freshman, she won the title of "Dartmouth Idol", as voted by the live audience. In 2012, Sarah was selected as the winner of the "Sing With Sugarland" contest, earning the chance to perform their hit "Baby Girl" on stage on tour with country music duo Sugarland in Gilford, NH.
Sarah moved to New York City in 2014, joining the premier co-ed a cappella group, The Lost Keys. While in the Big Apple, Sarah performed at many of the cities most notable venues, including The Bitter End, Don't Tell Mama, The Metropolitan Room, Rockwood Music Hall, and The Cutting Room.
Whether singing jazz standards at weddings, background with a soul-funk band, a cappella with the Lost Keys, or musical theatre at a cabaret, Sarah seeks out every opportunity to continue to sing. Sarah currently lives in Boston, MA while studying to receive her MBA from Harvard Business School.
